Mid-Atlantic Facility Services, LLC (MAFS) was founded in 2009 with a mission to change stigmas in the cleaning industry and provide unique, highly compensated part-time work to our community. Over the past 16 years, MAFS has grown into a preferred service provider for many top companies both locally and regionally. This success is built on our commitment to consistently “do what the customer pays us to do.”

Throughout our 16+ years of experience, MAFS has serviced a diverse range of customers. From local restaurants and office spaces to mixed warehouse and manufacturing facilities, as well as adult and child daycare locations, schools, churches, and more, we excel at identifying facility needs and managing efforts with consistent quality.

MAFS is an active member of local Chambers of Commerce, certified through ISSA/CMI training programs, and maintains other industry memberships to drive our success. Originally established in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, we relocated to Kent County, Maryland in 2018 to expand our services to the Maryland and Delaware Eastern Shore, while maintaining our presence in central Maryland. This expansion allows us to meet the growing demands of our customer base and communities.
